Video Content Creator
The Video Content Creator role is responsible for creating video content and storytelling. Create marketing videos used for branding, social media campaigns, uploads to company social media sites and promoting company brand.
They work closely with Video Editors and the marketing team to develop, plan the shoot, edit, and distribute video via YouTube, Facebook, IG Reel, Tiktok, Amazon, and/or internal or external audiences. They also work in post-production and ensure videos meet brand standards/guidelines before “launch” or being published.

Social Media Coordinator
The Social Media Coordinator helps with influencer and social media management. This includes, but is not limited to podcast and ambassador outreach, social media research and management. The Social Media Coordinator communicate daily about content creations, overseeing campaign schedules that determine success or failure by pulling key performance indicators.

Customer Success Representative
This role requires an experienced customer service specialist to provide excellent customer service and to promote the idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
The Customer Success Representative is the front line response to any and all inquiries that the company gets from customers or potential customers. Their job is to mitigate any negative experience that a customer has and turn it into a positive one.

SKU Performance Specialist
The SKU Performance Specialist optimizes products on the Amazon platform for increased sessions, conversions, revenue, and profit.
The role is greatly influenced by creating and analyzing data on individual products. The SPS should be able to read, understand, and create action plans based on the various reporting systems created.
This role will work closely with creatives to provide copy and imagery needed to boost the KPI’s for each product listing. Once a product is launched it is the SPS role to ensure it remains profitable, can increase profits, or decide to discontinue the losing products.

Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer role is to help its marketing team with product development and social media presence. This includes, but is not limited to creating packaging and insert card designs, and other creatives. The Graphic Designer wil design creative content for online campaigns, print ads, websites, and even videos.They will create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Copywriter
The Copywriter is responsible for the creation and delivery of creative copy for major website builds and redesigns. The copywriter works closely with website development team on best practice web copy and website builds. As a member of our digital marketing team, the digital copywriter plays a crucial role in executing our website strategy, providing quality assurance for website and content production. Therefore, the role requires strong communication skills, timeliness, attention to detail, and critical thinking to ensure accuracy and a high standard of quality for all deliverable. Most importantly, they will love conversing with our customers and leads, and evangelizing the brand.

Human Resource Coordinator
The Human Resource Coordinator role is to handle the daily administration of HR procedures, such as maintaining a record of employees’ records and assisting with interviews. Human Resource Coordinator responsibilities also entails carrying out duties with an eye on expanding our company’s talent pool and strengthening our sourcing strategies. Human Resource Coordinator should have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities.
